I'm Marcela Coutinho, a product designer with +14 years of experience in digital products. I believe in design to contribute to the business's thriving, and I love making an impact. I've worked with global brands such as Coca-Cola, IBM, and Honda. I led the design of the core app of the largest bank in Latin America, Itaú Unibanco. Currently, I'm working with SumUp, a financial services company, to empower small merchants to run their businesses as a Principal Product Designer.

I hold a post-graduate diploma in E-commerce; I've studied human-centered design with IDEO & Acumen and am a certified product owner by Scrum Alliance. Combining that brings me different perspectives to design user-centric solutions with a business focus.
